1. Capacious – noun - having the ability to hold a great amount

Synonyms – large, ample

Antonyms – small, cramped

E.g. – While I carry my identification and cash in my pocket, my sister can’t leave home without her capacious purse that weighs a ton.

2. Atrocious – noun - heinous; monstrous - घटिया

Synonyms – awful, terrible

Antonyms – kindhearted, compassionate

E.g. – The traders forced the slaves to live in an atrocious environment.

3. Antagonize – verb - to trigger hostility or anger - दुश्मनी मोल लेना

Synonyms – oppose, counteract

Antonyms –agree, mollify

E.g. – The boy believes he will antagonize his religious father if he tells him he’s gay.

4. Oblivion – noun - the condition of being unaware or uninformed - गुमनामी

Synonyms – disregard, indifference

Antonyms – awareness, fame

E.g. – The novel put me in such a state of oblivion I forgot to prepare dinner for my family.

5. Avocation – noun - an activity one enjoys when he or she is not working - उप व्यवसाय

Synonyms – hobby, pastime

Antonyms – profession, career

E.g. – As soon as I get home from work, I indulge in my favorite avocation, reading.

6. Hoist – verb - to lift up or elevate - फहराना

Synonyms – lift, raise

Antonyms – lower, drop

E.g. – We grabbed the flag and began to hoist it up the flagpole.

7. Recite – verb - to repeat something aloud, often before an audience - व्याख्यान करना

Synonyms – recount, narrate

Antonyms – read, confute

E.g. – I recite meditative phrases on a daily basis in an effort to commune with my soul.

8. Inflict – verb - to force something unpleasant upon a person or thing - दंड देना

Synonyms – impose, force

Antonyms – abstain, besiege

E.g. – Our troops will inflict hefty casualties on their foes.

9. Aggrandize – adjective - make great or greater in power, rank, honor, or wealth - वृद्धि करना (शक्ति संपत्ति या पद)

Synonyms – magnify, augment

Antonyms – degrade, humble

E.g. – Jack is a philanthropist who only supports causes that aggrandize him in the eyes of the world.

10. Collaborate – verb - to labor with individuals or a single person to complete a task - सहयोग करना

Synonyms – cooperate, work together

Antonyms – disagree, annul

E.g. – In order for the team to perform a complex task, all members must collaborate with each other.
